Time with the Lord

I was reading in my Bible today and I came across the story of Gideon. It struck me that Gideon had to have a supernatural visitation by an Angel to receive strength to do an unnatural thing in his eyes of destroying the altar of Baal. Could it be that the reason we have a difficult time doing the unusual in life and for the Kingdom of God is that we are not taking time for a daily encounter with Jesus? Just a thought, Pastor

    In short, Pastor Randy, YES. I have found if I am not connected firmly each morning to the Ultimate Power Source, then I don't have the spiritual "juice" I need to make it victoriously through the day. Thanks for the thought and God Bless.

    My thoughts are the same as above before reading what Jeremy had written,Must be something to it. I have to make time for God first thing and to ponder what he has to say each morning or my day seems less fruitful.
